It is 100% silk, made by SEA NY, a brand that fuses each founders' personal, yet opposing styles: modern meets vintage, & I'm in love! The navy floral print is so vibrant, perfectly cut into a little peplum moment. There's so much beautiful detail in this top, like the white fluffy trim around the collar, or the keyhole back with it's little irridescent button.
